Join Our Team as a Full Time Soccer Coach!

Are you passionate about soccer coaching and development? SoccerPlay is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Full Time Soccer Coach to deliver engaging and dynamic sessions across our weekday and weekend programs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

🏆 Coaching & Program Delivery

• Lead fun, engaging soccer sessions to 2-12 year olds in line with our structured program.
• Follow SoccerPlay’s planned curriculum through our Junior Programs; Foundation – Development – Academy and Toddler Program, PlayDates.
• Provide a friendly, positive and encouraging environment for young players.
• Lead with a vibrant and charismatic personality; providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for players and parents.
• Ensure an excellent experience for participants, with positive feedback from parents.

📋 Program & Administration

• Maintain attendance registers and manage enrolments.
• Coordinate venue bookings.
• Respond to new enrolment enquiries via phone and email.
• Ensure coaching equipment is well-maintained ahead of session.
• Ensure programs are run in alignment with SoccerPlay health and safety policy.
• Update company policies and align to company values.
• Represent SoccerPlay at the highest level.

👥 Team & Session Development

• Lead sessions and mentor assistant coaching team members.
• Assist with onboarding of new team members.
• Help expand SoccerPlay’s program locations in collaboration with the leadership team.
• Support current team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in coaching soccer, specifically players aged 2-12 years for a minimum of 3 years.
• Good level of fitness, self motivated with a can-do attitude.
• C License or equivalent required.
• Passion for working with children and creating a positive learning environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with primary school age children and parents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• First Aid and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be available at weekends.
• Must hold a current Australian drivers license.
